Rendering Mode

In the game settings, you need to make sure that the rendering mode is set to either "DirectX 11" or "Performance - Lower Graphical Fidelity".

Energy Saving Options

In the game settings, you need to make sure that the Energy Saving options are disabled. To do this you need to set the highlighted options options at the bottom to OFF.
