Loader Errors

Please thoroughly read through each of the points below. System settings may change over time so please check all of them even if you think you have covered it or it is not the issue. Furthermore you may also find it helpful by going through the Setup / Installationagain and double checking everything.

Disable Secure Boot

Please see Bios Settings to see how to disable secure boot. If completed and still having this error then please contact support.

Legacy Boot Mode (Switch To UEFI)

Be sure that your system supports UEFI boot mode and ensure it is also set in BIOS.

I recommend watching a youtube video as it can guide you through what to do if you encounter any issues otherwise you can follow the steps below.

1. Open command prompt as administrator.

2. Enter the following and press enter:

   mbr2gpt /validate /allowFullOS

3. Then enter the following and press enter:

   mbr2gpt /convert /allowFullOS

After doing that, restart your pc. If any issues occur then contact support.
